I visited your new blog "kitchen sink wisdom" and love the pic of the camera. I enjoyed learning the latin meaning of the work 'camera' and the history of the small dark Roman houses. You asked "how does the light get into your home?" I have plenty of windows in my home but the real light comes from the love of my family. My 2 cats contribute to that light as well! Thanks for the insight.

My wife and I found a book title that will most likely resonate with your kitchen sink blog: The Luxury of Enough. It seems our society is so programmed for growth that we no longer have time to enjoy life. What kills me is that our newer homes no longer have porches, or at least a porch worth sitting on. They also have two car garages full of everything but a car.
Ok, so back to your blog...I recommend people searching MSDS sheets on products sold on market shelves. This is mandatory list of harmful ingredients that the manufacturer is supposed publish to the public. They're hard to find, but google has made it easy. Simply search it on your smart phone to see if the "green" is a gimmick.
